Forex Trading can cause severe emotional instability problems especially when a trader loses his money. The first reaction when losses are incurred is anger and frustration which can, sometimes, make the trader become aggressive and violent.  A Forex Trader must learn how to handle his emotions during such occasions in order to be successful in his ventures. The only way he can do this is to use his emotions in a positive way and as a source of inspiration to make crucial improvements.
